An easy to follow, step by step tutorial for Financials for Office 365 Lite Edition on entering the company information.
The company card contains information about the company, including the name, the name of the bank and the bank branch number.
The program will use the information in the Company Information table to print invoice headers and so on. If the company's inventory warehouse is located at a different address than company headquarters, you can complete the various ship-to fields and the Location Code field on the Shipping FastTab. Then, the information in these fields will be printed on purchase orders, for example, so that vendors will ship items to the correct location.
You must complete the Company Information table, together with the General Ledger Setup for each company you set up in the program. You must also complete the setup table in each application area (for example, the Sales & Receivables Setup table), for each company.
