Today, we are going to show you how to save a template for a standing journal as a batch in Financials for Office 365.
When you have created journal lines which you know you are likely to be created again later (a payroll journal for example), you can save them as a standard journal before you post the batch.
This way, when you go to post the payroll journal the next payment cycle, the account codes will remain in the batch that was set up and only the amounts need to be entered, meaning less data entry.
